Information we store

Your rooms, checklists, reminders, and cleaning history stay on your device. We do not require an account or upload your cleaning data.

Analytics

We use PostHog EU Cloud to collect anonymous usage analytics, including screens and pages viewed, feature interactions, room and reminder configuration metadata, reset duration, theme choices, and purchase completion. This helps us improve TickTidy. We do not send checklist text or require an account, and your complete rooms, checklists, reminders, and cleaning history remain on your device.

You can reset local data from Settings to restore rooms, checklists, reminders, and settings to defaults.
